Happy Rabbit Adapts Its Service Offer to Meet COVID-19 Challenges

The garment industry is no stranger to interruptions caused by unforeseen global or local events. The current COVID-19 pandemic is however set to have implications that extend well into coming seasons and even change for good the way we source, develop and deliver product in the future.

With the situation, and restrictions, varying from region to region and changing on a weekly, if not daily, basis, how can quality-conscious brands maintain their focus?

Our priority is the safety and well-being of our workers and those of the factories where we conduct inspections and validation visits.

Beyond that, our primary goal is continuity of support for our customers on their Quality Assurance journey , ensuring that they continue to derive as much value from our services as possible during these difficult times - and beyond:

In case of any situation or event that has the potential to interrupt the normal operation of our services, we follow a four step C.A.R.E. (Clarify, Adapt, Regulate, Evolve) approach:

1. Clarify

We have sought to understand the complexities of the situation through consulting advice issued by internationally-recognised authorities and through listening to our customers.

2. Adapt

We are constantly looking at ways in which we can adapt our service offer to meet the needs of our customers and their partners.

That’s why we have decided to open up our inspection tool for factory use free of charge from Monday 20th July. This will allow essential quality-related data to continue to be captured and analysed for our customers in a consistent way, even if our own QC inspectors are unable to access a particular factory location.

3. Regulate

We are committed to working with all other entities throughout the supply chain to regulate and standardise new ways of working and identify solutions that protect the interests of all parties without compromising on quality.
