Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) is a voluntary partnership programme involving US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and stakeholders of international supply chains. CTPAT members and certified manufacturers are considered to be lower risk and are therefore subjected to less frequent customs examinations at a US port of entry, amongst other benefits.
